The Arkansas Travelers enjoy one of the longest running histories of any minor league franchise as “The Greatest Game On Dirt” since 1901! The “Travelers” nickname is one of the oldest in professional sports, making it the second-longest running continuous nickname in Minor League Baseball. The Travelers moved to Dickey-Stephens Park on the Arkansas River in 2007 and play 70+ games per year at the park.
